ABOUT "INCOMMUNICADO"

​​"Incommunicado" was a short film I wrote two years ago, to submit to various screenplay competitions that we're looking for something that could be done "in ten minutes or less." Specifically, I wanted a story, chronicling the struggle that many illegal immigrants face in our country today.

I developed "Incommunicado" in hopes of putting a prominent Latino actor in the film. After the failure of "Pocho" to make any strong waves on the film festival circuit, coupled with production woes on our feature films, I decided to put "Incommunicado" in motion. One day of shooting and one day of editing will bring the life of this project to the screen and hopefully, to many major film festivals around the country.
